4 - 29 - 12  Walking north on Fifth Ave. and saw this guy from New Orleans in his black graphic t-shirt and ripped jeans.  More classically dressed was noticed near St. Patrick's Cathedral in his quilted red cotton jacket.  Over on Third Ave. and going for something to eat, his bleached white hair stood out among his black garb and studded boots.  He said he's originally from Mexico City and is a college student.
