5 - 31 - 12  First guy that I saw at 42nd & Fifth is originally from the Ukraine.  I noticed an eastern European look about him, especially with his beard and light hair.  Near 40th St. was a guy who said he is from the Dominican Republic and likde his pink pastel pants and white hoodie.  Next, came a guy from Japan who stood out in blue shorts and blue sneakers.  By Bryant Park was a guy from the city and in a checkered black/white dress shirt, black leather cross-over bag, large sunglasses and close-cut hair.

5 - 17- 12  On this beautiful, sunny day I saw this guy who was from Norway in his light blue pants, sockless shoes and a tan cross-over bag.  Across the street, was a preppy looking guy with aviator sunglasses.  Walking south on Fifth, near the Public Library in a striped, cardigan sweater was a guy from the Bronx.  Further south another guy with bleached blond, spiky hair and in all black clothes was searching for an address to a meeting.

Another guy with spiky black hair and a touch of gray on the tips with a cotton scarf around his neck told me he was from Toronto.  All looking hip.

5 - 16 - 12  My trek across 42nd St. and saw this cool guy with his casual clothes on, no socks, sunglasses and right after him, another cool guy who works for GQ magazine, looking preppy in his pullover sweater and cross-over bag.

5 - 10 - 12  My usual walk on 42nd St., where I saw Anthony standing near Bryant Park with flowers in his hand, gray knit cap, tan pants and boots.  A few feet east was Justin who works in video and dressed in khaki pants, beige vest, brown leather boots and a tweed cap.  Near the H&M store at the corner of Fifth & 42nd St, this guy had on large black framed clear glasses, long cotton scarf around his neck and cap.  Nearing Grand Central Station, the red/white striped t-shirt under his blazer with his suspenders hanging by his sides, looked cool, too.

5 - 5 - 12  Heading north up Fifth Ave. amidst the high-end retails stores, I couldn't miss Malik on his work break.  His hair is what caught my eye, outlandish and fits him so well, shaved sides and top comes to a point.  His attire was a style standout.

A few blocks away and wearing salmon colored paints and blond hair with the front in a pouf, he said that he was on his lunch break and today is his last day of work.  He looked happy about it.

5 - 3 - 12  Saw Rashad at the corner of 42nd & Fifth Ave, looking dressed in a vest that had fur on it, tie and had on a pair of black Ray-Bans.  He's from Tampa, FL, visiting friends and a college student.  Over on 9th was Drew, originally from TX and was dressed for warm weather in his shorter pants.  Near Grand Central Station and heading upstate was Nick from Brooklyn, looking cool in neat sunglasses atop his head.  He's in a band called "Bones".
