3 - 23 - 13  On East 42nd St. took pixs of Juan, who is originally from the Dominican Republic, now lives here.  Decked out in a flag-like t-shirt under his studded leather vest, closed cropped hair and black Ray-Bans.  Over in Hell's Kitchen saw this guy in camo shorts and wearing sockless leather shoes, also nearby a Justin Timberlake look-a-like in a bright scarf, tortoise shell brown sunglasses and jersey purple pants, revealing sockless sneakers.
