1 - 8 - 17  Cold day, sunny, low temps, not so many people on Fifth Avenue, but tourists.  Here's three tourists that I snapped pixs of outside Urban Outfitters on Fifth Avenue.  One is from Brazil, another from Mexico City and another in tweed coat is from San Diego.
